The day well all try to put off is here, now!  It’s tax day, April 15^th.   Remember before e-filing and programs to do your taxes at home that were made idiot proof, whatever, there were long lines at the post office up to midnight on the 15^th just so you could get that postmark stamp so you wouldn’t be a day late, and defiantly a dollar short.   Today, most people are finding they can prepare and file their own tax returns in minutes, securely, and online.   Since 1986, when e-filing began with just 25,000 tax returns filed online, the number of e-filed returns has risen greatly, last year; nearly 80 million tax returns used e-file, representing about 57 percent of all returns.

I still pay someone to do my taxes, because if they screw up, they pay for it, then, hopefully, my but is covered.  Plus, I can get my money back in 2 weeks, NOT 2 months!
